About Emmanuel Church

Emmanuel is an Evangelical Christian Baptist church in Mogilev, Belarus. Our name comes from the prophecy of Christ's birth: “…and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us” (Matthew 1:23). That name holds the very core of what we believe: God did not stay distant and unreachable. He came to people — and today He is near everyone who seeks Him.

The central event of the week is Sunday worship. People of different ages, backgrounds and life experience come together to praise God, hear the Gospel preached and pray for one another. And through the week the church keeps living: home groups across the city, youth meetings, prayer evenings, and a children's camp in summer.

Like any family, we rejoice together and walk through hard times together, we care for each other and learn to love. Our YouTube streams are a good way to meet the church from a distance, but the atmosphere of these gatherings can only be felt in person. Come on Sunday at 10:00 — we will be waiting for you.
